Na Hale O Kili’nahe was the County of Maui’s first workforce housing project located on the corner of Maha Road and Makawao Avenue in Makawao, Maui. The project was geared to specifically assist those families whose income falls between 80% - 160% of HUD median income as adjusted for the Island of Maui, though anyone may now own one of these wonderful homes.
Today, Na Hale O Kili'nahe is a wonderful community of owner-occupied homes.
Na Hale O Kili’nahe consists of thirteen (13) total units, eight (8) existing units, and five (5) additional new units.
