With the assistance of Frank Skowronski of Territorial Architects, KSD Hawaii has constructed a new commercial office building in the Kulamalu Town Center across from Kula 200 in Pukalani.
The new building encompasses 6,200 square feet of leasable space, and will house KSD Hawaii's new corporate offices and will also provide commercial office space for other related businesses. The current tenant list includes Fidelity National Title & Escrow of Hawaii, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Maui Real Estate Professionals and Makani Nui Associates, LLC.
