North Shore VillageEast Maui's newest urban infill residential project, this 24-home subdivision on Hana Highway in Pa'ia, featured many contemporary smart growth principles; pedestrian friendliness, a community park and an interior roadway system that utilized traffic calming techniques.
The home designs have a plantation architectural theme. All homes have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and were built utilizing the R-0 Zero lot line Overlay District process.
Beautifully landscaped common areas enhance the beauty and prestige of this family community.
