KSD Hawaii Building
With the assistance of Frank Skowronski of Territorial Architects, KSD Hawaii has constructed a new commercial office building in the Kulamalu Town Center across from Kula 200 in Pukalani.

The Ridge at Kulamanu Located on the cool slopes of Haleakala in Upcountry Maui, The Ridge at Kulamanu, offered 57 lots ranging in size from 10,300 sq. ft. to 24,000 sq. ft.
