Waiolani Pikake, an urban infill residential project, is a thirty-six (36) lot subdivision located at the foot of the West Maui Mountains in the hamlet of Waikapu. Lot sizes range from 6,000 square feet to over 8,000 square feet. Eight of the lots (22%) were offered and sold at affordable prices in accordance with County of Maui guidelines.
The project sold out in early 2008.
All lots feature beautiful West Maui Mountain and Haleakala views. All subdivision roadways will be dedicated to the County of Maui and all utilities have been placed underground to protect views. Additionally, KSD Hawaii offered home construction packages that were chosen by four buyers to date, with the fourth home completing construction in the summer of 2008.
