Na Hale O Kilinahe
Na Hale 0 Kilinahe is an affordable housing project located on the corner of Maha Road and Makawao Avenue in Makawao, Maui. The project is geared to specifically assist those families whose income falls between 80% - 160% of HUD median income as adjusted for the Island of Maui. This project is the first enacted under the County of Maui's new "Work Force Housing" ordinance, and KSD Hawaii has entered into an Affordable Housing Agreement with the County of Maui.

Na Mala O Waihee
The Na Mala O Waihee agricultural subdivision is located 5 miles outside of Wailuku Town in the sleepy hamlet of Waihee. The 27+ acres that comprise this development recently received bonded final subdivision approval from the County of Maui allowing for the creation of a 7 lot subdivision.

Waiolani Pikake
Waiolani Pikake, Maui’s newest urban infill residential project, is a thirty-six (36) lot subdivision located at the foot of the West Maui Mountains in the hamlet of Waikapu. Lot sizes range from 6,000 square feet to over 8,000 square feet. Eight of the lots (22%) will be offered at affordable prices.
