KSD Hawaii has expanded its business to now include home contracting services, and with this expansion is excited to introduce its three initial model homes; the Pikake, the Pualani, and the Akoni. With over 30 years of Maui construction experience our construction division is led by our RME, Tony Carter, who for many years owned and operated his own Maui custom home construction business. Tony is ably assisted by Ryder Swatek who has many years of hands on carpentry and construction management experience. Their combined experience and attention to detail are the lynchpin of our construction business and the primary reason we have expanded into this area.
